97% of traffic never converts. That’s the problem iConvert exists to fix. 2026 is a defining year for us. Regulation is tightening. Margins are under pressure. Traffic is more expensive than ever. Operators don’t need to spend more; they need better outcomes from what they already have. After a record-breaking 2025, we are aiming for 5x revenue in 2026, and partnerships are one of the main ways we’ll get there. We’re building something deliberate around this: The 97% Club. And we’re hiring a full-time B2B Partnerships Manager to help shape, scale and monetise it. This is not a reseller role. This is not a “spray and pray” referral model. This is about influence, credibility and revenue.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning and expanding iConvert’s strategic partner network across affiliates, agencies, platforms and operator-adjacent businesses.
  • Converting trusted relationships into high-quality, warm introductions with Tier 1 and Tier 2 operators.
  • Proactively identifying and activating new partners who already influence operator decisions.
  • Representing iConvert at industry events, partner dinners and invite-only sessions.
  • Helping partners clearly understand when to introduce iConvert and why it lands.
  • Working directly with the founder to shape how partnerships evolve as the business scales.
  • Feeding real market insight back into sales, marketing and product.

This role directly contributes to the pipeline and revenue. Partnerships here are a growth engine, not a brand exercise.

Who this role is for

  • Is already in iGaming and understands how the ecosystem actually works.
  • Has existing relationships across affiliates, agencies, platforms and/or operator-adjacent businesses.
  • Is naturally curious and asks good questions rather than pitching too early.
  • Enjoys being in conversations where value comes first, and deals follow.
  • Has strong judgement on who is worth time and when to lean in.
  • Is confident without being loud and credible without hard selling.
  • Is commercially minded and understands that trust drives revenue.
  • Likes ownership, autonomy and being judged on outcomes.

Experience & background

  • Has a few years of experience within the iGaming ecosystem.
  • Has worked closely with operators, affiliates, agencies and/or platform providers.
  • Has held commercial responsibility in previous roles.
  • Understands how long-term partnerships are built and sustained in this market.
  • Is comfortable working with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Can point to relationships that have led to real commercial outcomes.

Who this role is not for

  • You’re early in your iGaming career or new to the industry.
  • You rely on rigid scripts, heavy process or constant direction.
  • You’re looking for a passive account management role without revenue ownership.

What success looks like

  • First 30 days: You’re fully up to speed on iConvert’s positioning, product and partner landscape. Existing relationships are reactivated quickly and productively. You’re already in live conversations with potential 97% Club partners. Clear signals on which partnerships are commercially worth pursuing.
  • 60 days: The 97% Club is live, active and revenue-focused. Partners are confidently introducing iConvert into the right operator conversations. Warm, high-quality introductions are landing with sales. Partnerships are contributing directly to pipeline.
  • 6 months onwards: Partnerships are a predictable and material source of new business. iConvert is being proactively recommended by partners. Deal quality via partners is materially stronger than cold or outbound. You’re recognised internally as a core driver of growth.

How we work

  • We care about outcomes, not busy work.
  • We trust people to own their remit.
  • We keep things direct, honest and low on politics.
  • We don’t chase volume for the sake of it.

Location

Our head office is in Wynyard, Teesside, England. That’s where iConvert was built and where our core team is based. That said, we’re an international business with an international workforce. This role isn’t about being tied to a desk. It’s about being the right person for the role. If you’re based elsewhere and are a strong fit for what we’re building, we’re open to that. What matters most is experience, mindset and how you show up in the industry.

The good stuff

  • Competitive full-time salary based on experience.
  • Uncapped bonus directly linked to partner-driven revenue.
  • Global travel to iGaming events, partner meet-ups and invite-only dinners.
  • Direct access to the founder.
  • Real influence over how partnerships and growth strategy evolve.
  • A brand partners actually want to be associated with.

A note from our founder, Ashley Wood: “This role sits close to me and is at the core of how we grow. We’re not building partnerships for logos or vanity. We’re building relationships that directly drive revenue and long-term value. If you want real ownership, influence and accountability at a pivotal stage of growth, this role will give you that.”

If you’re reading this thinking “this actually sounds like my world”, that’s intentional.
