Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced Project Coordinator based in London. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, coordinating with suppliers, managing communication with clients, and ensuring that project goals are met on time and within budget in close dialogue with our sales team. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling, planning, Sketch-up drawings, preparing quotations in SAP, technical drawings and providing regular updates to stakeholders. The role requires strong organizational and mathematical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
Qualifications
- Experience with an ERP & CRM system
- Understanding of the furniture industry and furniture specification
- Project management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage timelines and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in preparing quotations and technical drawings
