Icons are rapidly expanding and want to hire a VIP Club Sales Manager to further drive sales to our wide range of High Net Worth customers through our new bespoke sales portal.
The opportunity is an exciting one as the business grows internationally and has many forthcoming events, such as the FIFA World Cup 2026, to make the most of, as well as licences with the likes of the UEFA Champions League, FC Barcelona, the Ballon d'Or and Leo Messi himself.
Key responsibilities
- VIP Operations
- Account manager the day to day contacts with our VIP range of customers
- Schedule and manage drive cycle timelines and product launches
- Work with the sales team and stock management systems to sell Icons unique range of items to our special customers
- With the content team, help manage the VIP sales Instagram account
- Ensure accurate inventory levels across platforms.
- Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to confirm order fulfillment and shipping timelines.
- Track sold items, profitability and maintain accurate reporting
- Customer Support & Reputation Management
- Answer customer messages, respond to VIP requests, and manage dispute resolution where needed
- Helping Customer Service on Trustpilot reviews and products logistics
- CRM experience
- Optimization & Analytics
- Analyze performance metrics
- Recommend pricing strategies, formats, exclusive items to improve sales performance.
- Stay updated on signed memorabilia and market trends
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with marketing to promote key product launches and rare exclusives via email, social media, or website highlights
- Coordinate with photography and copywriting teams to enhance listing quality and brand consistency
- Work with the signings teams to create differentiated products that appeal to the HNW audience
Skills & Qualifications
- 3 years experience in e-commerce or agency sales operations
- Good organizational skills
- Familiarity with content management systems and financial sales reporting
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Good analytical and presentation skills (Excel, Google Sheets, Powerpoint)
- A self-starter, enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
- Numerate, methodical and extremely personable
- Creative and ideas-led
- Languages a bonus
- Love of football and sports a pre-requisite
- Knowledge of the trading card market an asset

- 9am to 5pm working hours, 5 days a week
- Occasional weekend work at busy times
- International travel occasionally required to assist with signings, visit clients and attend conferences
- £30,000 per annum basic depending on experience with up to 20% more available on attributable commission and company wide KPIs.
