Iconinc are delighted to be bringing luxury student accommodation to Glasgow via The Bonnie. The Bonnie will provide 151 studio apartments with best-in-class, never experienced before facilities, to serve the students of Glasgow. IconInc isn’t just your average student accommodation provider – we’re all about delivering a 7-star experience in Lincoln, Leeds, Liverpool and now Glasgow!
Right now, we’re on the lookout for a Housekeeper to join our awesome team in Glasgow. This is a permanent, part-time role (15-36 hours per week), and we’re all about flexibility, so we hope you are too!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Ensure that all communal spaces are kept to a 7* cleanliness level.
- Ensure that room cleans are done to a 7* standard.
- Be presentable, clean, look smart in uniform, good personal hygiene.
- Be proactive, report any issues you see to management or the reception team.
- To be accountable and trustworthy when lone working, expected to work to standard without constant supervision.
- Completing jobs to the expected standard within a timely manner.
- Understanding how to use cleaning chemicals and cleaning methods.
- Displaying good customer service skills e.g. when working in tenants’ room when they are around.
- To be trustworthy – lone working in tenants’ room with valuables around.
- To be responsive – if any issues are reported at the end of the shift or any time in the shift, to include that in their daily tasks.
- Ensuring good time management in order to keep on schedule and ensure all jobs are finished to the 7* standard within the allotted time.

- Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper.
- Able to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
- High level of customer service and friendly.
- Prioritization and time management skills.
- Working efficiently without compromising quality.
- High standards of service provision.
- Problem solving, ownership & initiative in the event of an emergency.
- Able to multi-task and prioritise.
