Managing a portfolio of client SEO campaigns spanning multiple industries, you'll play a hands-on role covering:
- Technical SEO
- On-page optimisation and content
- Local SEO
- Off-page activity
- Emerging AI search optimisation/Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO)
Adapting your approach to each client's market, objectives and competition, you'll apply your own judgement and ideas to individual campaigns whilst also working within established processes and reporting standards, and with proprietary SEO tools, to ensure consistency and quality.
We're looking for someone with good professional SEO experience, ideally within an agency environment, including managing multiple client campaigns simultaneously. With a real understanding of how technical SEO, content, authority, local search, data and emerging AI search experiences work together, you'll need to be comfortable investigating performance, identifying opportunities and making evidence-based recommendations, rather than just following a checklist.

- Semrush
- Ahrefs
- Screaming Frog SEO Spider
- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics/GA4
- Looker Studio/Google Data Studio
- Google Business Profile
- WordPress and other common CMS platforms
- Internal and proprietary SEO, reporting and automation tools
You don't need to have used every tool within our internal stack before joining, but you should be quick to pick up new skills. If you can grasp the technical complexities, appreciate the wider context, explain SEO strategies and concepts to all kinds of audiences and proactively identify both potential problems and opportunities, this position offers a rare level of exposure across industry-leading platforms and technology, plus the chance to learn much more.
