The predicted salary is between 70000 - 90000 £ per year.

You will advise private equity houses, corporate investors, and management teams on the tax aspects of acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, and wider transaction activity. Your work will span tax due diligence, structuring, funds flow, tax modelling, SPA support, and other complex advisory projects across both domestic and international transactions.

Alongside leading the delivery of client engagements, you will develop trusted relationships with clients, collaborate with specialists across multiple disciplines, and help identify new opportunities to support business growth. You will also play a significant role in mentoring junior team members, reviewing technical work, and contributing to the continued development of a high-performing transactions practice.

What you will need:

  • ACA, CTA, ATT, Law qualification or international equivalent
  • Significant experience within transaction tax, restructuring tax, or a related advisory environment
  • Strong understanding of UK corporate tax with exposure to transaction advisory work
  • Experience leading complex client engagements and managing multiple projects
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to advise clients throughout the deal lifecycle
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience coaching and developing junior professionals
  • Passion for working on complex domestic and international transactions
