We’re seeking a Temporary HR Advisor to join a busy HR team, supporting key projects, employee relations, and recruitment across the site. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a varied HR role within a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate agency and permanent hiring processes, from scheduling interviews to onboarding new employees. * Support first‑level disciplinary and absence management cases, including taking notes at hearings. * Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date electronic HR files. * Assist with HR initiatives, contributing to the delivery of overall objectives and team projects. What We’re Looking For * Previous HR experience, ideally in a generalist or advisory capacity. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks. * Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with colleagues and managers at all levels. * Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
