We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our clients team on a 3-month fixed-term contract during a particularly busy period. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring they attract and secure top talent.
Key Responsibilities:- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various channels, such as social media, professional networks, and job boards, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to relevant employment laws and organisational policies.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and current employment legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
This is an initial 3-month fixed-term contract with an immediate start, with the possibility of extension based on organisational needs. The role is based in Edinburgh, with potential flexibility for hybrid working arrangements.
