My client are an independent UK media agency at the forefront of strategic communications and digital campaigns. As the Account Director, you will drive the strategy and execution of major client campaigns, turning briefs into insight‑led media plans across digital and offline channels while ensuring seamless delivery and impactful results.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage media campaigns across multiple channels, including creating schedules, proposals, and performance reporting.
- Use media planning tools and data to generate insights that inform strategy.
- Take client briefs and develop a deep understanding of their business and challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and media owners.
- Lead and develop teams, ensuring high‑quality campaign delivery and fostering a positive, productive environment.
- Set and monitor measurement frameworks to track campaign effectiveness.
Key Requirements
- At least four years’ experience in a media agency or media owner role, using media insight and planning systems.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, comfortable working with large data sets to generate insights.
- Ability to articulate thoughts and ideas effectively and concisely.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with willingness to contribute internally and to clients.
- Inquisitive and enthusiastic with a strong interest in consumer behaviour and the media industry.
