Are you a talented disputes lawyer with a passion for complex construction matters? Join one of the UK’s most respected legal teams specialising in construction and infrastructure disputes. This is a brilliant opportunity for a solicitor with 3–6 years’ PQE to work at the forefront of contentious construction, advising on high-profile infrastructure and engineering projects across the UK.
You’ll be joining a high-performing team within a top-tier firm, acting for major contractor, employer, and subcontractor clients on a wide range of disputes — from mediation and adjudication through to court and arbitration proceedings (including the TCC in London and the Court of Session in Edinburgh).
What You'll Be Doing:
- Advising on disputes across key sectors like infrastructure, energy, civil engineering, and renewables
- Handling adjudications, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings throughout the UK
- Managing complex, high-value commercial disputes and finding pragmatic solutions for clients
- Supporting senior lawyers on strategic issues, drafting legal documents, and running your own matters with increasing autonomy
- Contributing to business development and knowledge-sharing within a close-knit, high-calibre team
What We're Looking For:
- 3–6 years’ PQE in litigation, ideally with exposure to construction or infrastructure disputes
- Excellent legal and commercial judgment
