Base pay range Salary: £52,000 to £65,000 plus Bonus and Benefits
Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid)
The firm is seeking a Senior Solicitor or Associate (3+ PQE) with solid hands‑on Employment Tribunal experience. This team handles significant, often high‑profile, litigation for a broad range of employers across Scotland, including public sector bodies, large commercial organisations and SMEs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a busy caseload of Employment Tribunal matters
- Carry out advocacy with support and supervision from accredited specialists
- Provide day‑to‑day employment law advice to employer clients
- Work on both employer and employee matters, gaining balanced experience
- Assist with drafting contracts, policies and non‑contentious employment documentation
- Contribute to training sessions and workshops for clients and external organisations
Prior experience working with government or public sector clients is advantageous but not essential.
