Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be partnering with a leading professional services organisation with presence in Edinburgh or Glasgow who are looking to add a Senior Reward & Payroll specialist to their busy team.
\\n\\n
This newly created role will take ownership of day-to-day payroll and benefits operations for around 800 employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance and a great colleague experience. Working as part of a collaborative People Engagement team, you’ll also play a key role in shaping reward projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

Oversee monthly payroll (Cintra) and manage complex queries.
\\n\\t
- \\n\\t
Administer employee benefits via Darwin and Mercer.
\\n\\t
- \\n\\t
Support annual reward cycles, salary reviews and bonus calculations.
\\n\\t
- \\n\\t
Contribute to projects such as gender pay reporting and HRIS integration.
\\n\\t
- \\n\\t
Partner with stakeholders across HR and Finance to drive improvements.

We’re seeking a senior payroll professional with strong technical expertise and a broad understanding of benefits and reward. You’ll combine operational excellence with the confidence to influence, advise and engage stakeholders across the business.

You’ll bring:

Extensive in-house or bureau payroll experience, ideally using Cintra.

- \\n\\t
Proven expertise across benefits administration and reward processes.

Advanced Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to provide insight and recommendations.

- \\n\\t
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to explain complex matters clearly.

- \\n\\t
Experience gained within professional services or a similarly fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
