We are working with a leading Scottish independent firm to recruit a Solicitor to join their Private Client team based in Edinburgh. The role offers exposure to high value, complex matters, acting for some of the firm's largest and longest standing landed estate and high net worth family clients.
The role involves a broad range of private client matters including:
- Meeting clients and advising on wills and powers of attorney, including drafting and execution.
- Advising on succession planning, asset protection and tax planning.
The firm is offering a competitive salary from £47,000 to £55,000 DOPQE in addition to a generous benefits package.
