Iconic Resourcing is proud to be exclusively partnered with Mentholatum – a global leader in health and wellness and the name behind iconic brands like Deep Heat – as they recruit for a pivotal HR Business Partner to join their East Kilbride-based team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a business where innovation, people and purpose go hand in hand. As HR Business Partner, you’ll play a vital role in shaping and supporting a proactive, people-first HR function. You’ll work closely with the HR Director and leadership team, managing day-to-day HR operations while influencing positive change and driving people initiatives.
- Provide hands-on HR support across the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance, absence, and benefits.
- Act as the HR lead for payroll preparation, data management and system upkeep using ADP and BambooHR.
- Build strong working relationships with managers – supporting, coaching and upskilling them to improve HR confidence and capability.
- Deliver and maintain up-to-date HR policies, support ethical audits, and ensure compliance with current legislation and best practice.
- Proactively contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement activities, including Investors in People and process efficiencies.
Proven generalist HR experience, ideally in a similar standalone or business partner role. Confident working with HR systems (especially ADP and BambooHR) and proficient in Excel for payroll preparation. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations with the ability to advise line managers effectively. Designing, sourcing and delivery of training and development initiatives would be desirable.
