Iconic Resourcing is working with a key client to recruit an HR Business Partner on a fixed-term contract until December 2025. This role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to a major HR and Payroll system changeover and support key HR initiatives, including policy development and workforce planning.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting with the implementation of a new HR and Payroll system.
- Contributing to HR policy development and ensuring compliance with employment law.
- Partnering with leadership to drive employee engagement and business transformation.
- Managing HR data, reporting, and compliance processes.
- Overseeing employee lifecycle processes to ensure best practice.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong HR generalist experience and knowledge of employment law.
- Proven experience supporting HR systems implementation and business change initiatives.
- Experience in policy development, employee relations, and service reviews.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ideally, you’ll be immediately available to start.
