Reward Manager

Glasgow (hybrid working, 3 days on site, 2 days at home)

Iconic Resourcing HR are partnering with a renowned global consumer brand with deep-rooted heritage and a strong culture of excellence to recruit a Reward Manager into their Group HR function.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver key reward initiatives across a truly international organisation, ensuring fairness, transparency, and market alignment in how reward is managed across multiple regions.

As Reward Manager, you’ll take the lead on the design and execution of core reward frameworks including job evaluation, pay structures, bonus modelling, and benefits. You\’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and regional HR teams, supporting both annual cycles and longer-term strategic projects.

Day to day you will be responsible for:

  • Deliver fair and consistent job design and job evaluation processes
  • Lead on the development and implementation of job family models and career frameworks
  • Support annual pay review and bonus cycles, ensuring accuracy and stakeholder engagement
  • Analyse and model complex reward data to inform business decisions
  • Manage participation in global reward benchmarking surveys
  • Provide expert guidance on global benefits and evolving market practices
  • Develop reward communications that engage and inform employees globally
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the HR community and business leaders on all things reward

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a reward, compensation, or total rewards role within a complex organisation
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret data with precision
  • Solid understanding of job evaluation methodologies and career frameworks
  • Experience working with global benefits and benchmarking providers
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence at a senior level
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and genuine passion for reward and HR best practice
