Working closely with the Revenue Accountant, the Revenue Analyst focuses on combining detailed daily analysis with month-end accounting insight and is ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, spotting patterns, and turning data into meaningful financial information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify customers to be invoiced through the corporate billing, process and raise invoices, ensuring full audit trail exists for statutory audit.
  • Reconcile revenue received for the various revenue streams.
  • Carry out month end first draft postings for scheduled service, charter and other income.
  • Provide our revenue partners with answers to daily queries received.
  • Maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Assist in reconciling the monthly forward sales figure.
  • Prepare month-end reports for subsidies.
  • Producing and analysing daily revenue.

  • Managing refunds, queries and inbox-driven reporting tasks.
  • Liaising with internal teams to resolve gaps or inconsistencies.
  • Translate daily analysis into clear, accurate financial outputs.
Previous Experience:

We’re looking for someone who understands how finance works in practice, not just theory. You’ll likely have:

  • Experience in a finance, revenue, analyst or bookkeeping role.
  • Strong understanding of debits, credits and month-end principles.
  • Confidence working with large volumes of data and reports.
  • A curious mindset, you want to know why something looks wrong.
  • Previous experience in an office-based environment.
  • A professional, collaborative approach to work.

You do not need to be exam-qualified or currently studying but if you are, or would like to pursue exams in the future, support may be available following probation (subject to business needs).

On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package with hybrid working from the office at Glasgow Airport.
