The appointed Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will: Support a busy conveyancing department on all legal matters Maintain and deepen client and referrer relationships Carry out all aspects of the conveyancing process (purchases, sales, remortgages, transfers of title, and discharges) Draft and revise legal documentation, examine title and address technical queries Ensure exceptional client service and regular communication at every stage Support and mentor junior team members as needed About You: A qualified Solicitor with a background in residential conveyancing Excellent written and verbal communication skills Motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Adept at building relationships and developing new business opportunities A successful track record in the residential conveyancing sector This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected, growing law firm that genuinely values its people.
