Our client, a prominent Scottish law firm, is looking to strengthen its Residential Conveyancing team with the appointment of an experienced Solicitor/Senior Solicitor.
Responsibilities
- Providing full support to a busy residential conveyancing team.
- Maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients and referrers while identifying new business development opportunities.
- Maintaining regular client contact and ensuring a high standard of client service.
- Drafting and revising legal documentation.
- Handling all aspects of the conveyancing process, including purchases, sales, remortgages, transfers of title, and discharges.
- Supporting junior team members where required.
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Scottish Qualified Solicitor with proven track record in residential conveyancing
- Ability to build relationships and seek out new business opportunities
