What you'll do
- You'll take responsibility for leading a sizeable Accounts & Business Advisory team, providing direction, mentorship, and support from trainee through to Director level.
- Alongside managing a portfolio of entrepreneurial businesses and owner-managed clients, you'll act as a trusted adviser, helping clients navigate growth, challenges, and strategic decision-making.
- A significant part of the role will involve driving new business opportunities, strengthening existing client relationships, and identifying opportunities to deliver broader advisory services.
- You'll work closely with fellow Partners and senior leaders across the business, contributing to firm-wide initiatives while helping shape the future growth of the practice in the region.
What you'll need
- ACA, ACCA, CA or equivalent qualified
- Significant experience within accountancy practice at Director, Partner, or senior leadership level
- Strong background across accounts, business advisory, and client relationship management
- Proven track record of winning and developing new business opportunities
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Commercially minded with strong strategic thinking capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ambition to influence, lead, and contribute to the growth of a successful practice
