Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be working with a high-growth business based in Renfrewshire in their search for a Management Accountant. Our client is going from strength to strength with year on year growth and as a result is looking to add a new head into the finance function to support this growth.
We are looking to engage with Qualified or QBE Management Accountants with strong technical experience alongside a real desire to follow in the footsteps of their current employees and achieve personal and professional growth whilst with the business. On offer is a strong salary and benefits package. Note this role is based in Renfrewshire and is office based.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and group consolidations to tight deadlines, including IFRS adjustments
- Own balance sheet reconciliations across the full group structure
- Support the preparation of the board pack with detailed variance analysis and key business metrics
- Partner with operational, sales, and budget holders across the business to deliver financial insights
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance policies and processes
- Mentor and develop assistant accountants within the team
- Support cash flow forecasting, statutory audits, and tax activities across the group
Our client is seeking a Qualified or QBE Accountant, either directly from practice or with some industry experience behind them. Ideally around 3 years PQE would be preferred but open to considering candidates with more or less depending on experience. A strong commercial mindset is key, as is real drive and determination to develop in your career. Our client is very big on culture and fitting in with the team, as a result we are looking for those with a positive mindset, big on celebrating success and determined when problems arise.
