Glasgow (flexible working) Full Time, FTC £27,000
Iconic Resourcing HR are working with one of our key clients to hire a Recruiter to join on a FTC basis initially, however with potential for the role to become permanent.
Duties will include:
- Proactively source and build talent pools for specific candidate groups, based on skills, locations and levels of responsibility, for both active and passive candidates
- Use a wide range of tools to source in the external market such as job boards, LinkedIn, social media
- Write adverts and social media posts to attract and engage candidates
- Manage and maintain databases/talent pools to ensure candidates are engaged
- Create content and collateral to share with talent pools/databases
- Complete market mapping for key roles, identifying competitors and similar skill sets
- Complete initial screening of applicants to support specific roles or campaigns and to build the talent pool
- Support Assessment/Interview days/careers fairs throughout the UK and Ireland where required
- Continually & proactively look for innovative ways to source & engage talent to join the business using innovative and progressive ideas
- Increase your external and internal network to enable you to widen your expertise and keep up to date with new innovations and market trends
