We’re working with a well-established business to recruit a QA Administrator to join their Quality team. This is a varied role where you’ll play a key part in keeping systems running smoothly and ensuring customer standards are met.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the Quality team with documentation, records and controlled systems
  • Managing and logging customer complaints, making sure issues are followed through and resolved
  • Assisting with investigations, data analysis and quality-related activities
  • Working closely with colleagues across the business to support audits and quality processes
  • Keeping records accurate, up to date and compliant with internal and external standards

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, quality or complaints handling
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Someone who can work well as part of a team but is confident managing their own workload
  • Naturally curious, organised and methodical in how they approach tasks
