What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive private client services:
- Draft and manage wills, powers of attorney, lifetime trusts, and will trusts
- Advise and act on succession planning, asset protection, and tax planning
- Handle executry administration, guiding estates from start to finish
- Engage in business development efforts and support knowledge management initiatives
- Supervise junior fee earners and contribute to a cohesive multi-disciplinary team
Your Profile
- Experience in private client work, especially with wills, trusts, executry, and estate planning
- Strong organisational skills, capable of managing a diverse workload efficiently
- Clear, concise communicator both verbally and in writing
- Able to operate independently and collaboratively towards high-quality client outcomes
- Understanding of fee earning targets and financial performance in practice
