What you’ll do
- As a Partner, you will take ownership of the most challenging FS transaction mandates, leading end-to-end execution on complex insurance and alternative lending deals.
- You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, structuring, negotiating, and delivering high-value assignments while mentoring and developing junior colleagues.
- You will play a central role in driving new business, identifying opportunities, and contributing to the strategic growth of the firm.
- Your insights and leadership will help shape how the practice operates, ensuring both technical excellence and commercial success.
What you’ll need
- Significant experience in FS transaction services, with deep expertise in insurance and alternative lending sub-sectors.
- Proven track record leading complex deals from origination to execution.

- Chartered Accountant or equivalent professional qualification.
