What you'll do

  • You'll take responsibility for leading a sizeable Accounts & Business Advisory team, providing direction, mentorship, and support from trainee through to Director level.
  • Alongside managing a portfolio of entrepreneurial businesses and owner-managed clients, you'll act as a trusted adviser, helping clients navigate growth, challenges, and strategic decision-making.
  • A significant part of the role will involve driving new business opportunities, strengthening existing client relationships, and identifying opportunities to deliver broader advisory services.
  • You'll work closely with fellow Partners and senior leaders across the business, contributing to firm-wide initiatives while helping shape the future growth of the practice in the region.

  • Significant experience within accountancy practice at Director, Partner, or senior leadership level.
  • Strong background across accounts, business advisory, and client relationship management.
