Are you a motivated Paralegal with experience in personal injury law looking to take the next step in your career? We’re working with a dynamic, forward-thinking legal firm in Glasgow that is seeking an experienced professional to join their Road, Pedestrian & Cycling Injury (RPCI) team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a modern, people-focused firm that values continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation. You’ll manage your own caseload of pre-litigated injury claims, negotiating liability and damages while providing high-quality advice and support to clients throughout their case journey. You’ll work closely with colleagues across legal and administrative teams to ensure every client receives exceptional service and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of pre-litigated personal injury cases from start to finish
- Negotiate claims for liability and damages with professionalism and empathy
- Liaise with clients, insurers, and solicitors, ensuring clear and timely communication
- Conduct investigations into liability and quantum
- Instruct and analyse medical evidence and calculate losses
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the case management system
About You
- Minimum 1 year’s experience handling road, pedestrian, or cycling injury claims
- Confident managing a high-volume caseload
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Litigation experience is advantageous but not essential
