We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to provide immediate interim support to our Head of Legal for one of our Glasgow-based clients, a dynamic business going through an exciting period of change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts
- Providing practical legal advice across the business
- Keeping abreast of relevant legislative and regulatory changes
- Drafting template contracts and other standard legal documents
Requirements:
- Paralegal qualification and experience
- Strong contract drafting and review skills
- Ability to provide clear, business-focused legal advice
- You will ideally be immediate availability or have a short notice period
