Are you a compassionate and experienced paralegal with a passion for supporting survivors and delivering justice? An award-winning, client-focused law firm is looking for a skilled Paralegal to join their specialist Non-Accidental Injury team, based in either Glasgow or Edinburgh.

This is a meaningful opportunity to work on highly sensitive and complex claims involving historical abuse, injury caused by violence, and harassment. The successful candidate will play a key role in pre-litigation casework, supporting principal fee earners and engaging directly with clients and stakeholders.

As part of a supportive and mission-driven legal team, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Investigating and assessing the validity of claims at the pre-litigation stage
  • Collecting and managing evidence with a high degree of care and accuracy
  • Drafting legal documents, declarations, reports, and correspondence
  • Communicating empathetically with clients and third parties
  • Managing your own caseload with professionalism and initiative

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–4 years’ paralegal experience, ideally with case-handling responsibilities
  • A strong understanding of pre-litigation processes
  • Genuine empathy, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Experience in personal injury, CICA, or historical abuse work is highly desirable
