Iconic Resourcing are delighted to continue our partnership with Switch Digital as they expand their growing Glasgow team. Switch are a forward-thinking, Jersey-based digital agency known for their creativity, technical excellence, and collaborative culture. Earlier this year, we supported them in establishing their Glasgow presence. You will be working closely with the Head of Digital Marketing & Digital Marketing Executive. Now, with exciting new projects and continued growth, they are ready to welcome a talented and ambitious Digital Marketing Lead.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping digital strategy, delivering exceptional client outcomes, and helping grow Switch’s reputation in the UK market.
The Role:
- Lead the development and execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and strategic direction.
- Collaborate closely with Head of Digital Marketing and the wider team to deliver integrated digital solutions.
- Oversee campaign performance, reporting, optimisation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Support in mentoring and guiding junior members of the team.
- Contribute to the continued growth of the Glasgow function.
The ideal candidate profile:
- Strong experience in digital marketing across SEO, PPC, paid social, email, and content.
- Confident in client engagement, strategy development, and campaign management.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and communicate data.
- Experienced working within an agency environment (preferred).
- Team player with a proactive approach and passion for digital.
