My client are an independent UK media agency at the forefront of strategic communications and digital campaigns. As the AV manager, you’ll work across diverse clients, blending creativity with data-driven insight to deliver impactful, multi-channel campaigns – all within a collaborative, innovative environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day management of AV accounts, including linear TV, broadcaster VOD, and Cinema campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with media owners and identify opportunities to enhance campaigns.
- Use AV planning tools and data insights to support media recommendations.
- Collaborate with planning teams, clients, and partners to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
- Create client media schedules, manage campaigns, and provide performance reporting.
- Share AV updates across the wider team and support the development of junior colleagues.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an AV media role, ideally agency side.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; comfortable handling large datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Enthusiastic, inquisitive, and client-focused with interest in media and consumer behaviour.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
