We’re working with a well-established and growing marketing agency who are looking to appoint a Senior Account Manager or Account Director to join their team. This role would suit an experienced agency professional who thrives on building strong client relationships, delivering integrated campaigns, and leading projects from brief through to delivery. You’ll act as a trusted partner to your clients, bringing strategic thinking, commercial awareness and a collaborative mindset to everything you do.
The role:
- Lead day-to-day client relationships, acting as a trusted and proactive point of contact
- Own the delivery of integrated consumer marketing campaigns across channels (digital, social, content, PR, brand, etc.)
- Translate client briefs into clear, actionable plans for internal teams
- Manage timelines, budgets and scope, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard and on time
- Identify opportunities to add value, upsell services and grow client accounts
- Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, digital and delivery teams
- Support and mentor junior team members (level-dependent)
We are looking for:
- Proven experience in a marketing or creative agency environment
- Strong background in consumer marketing
- Confident managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Commercially minded with experience managing budgets and forecasting
- Strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves when needed
- Experience across integrated campaigns (digital-first experience is a plus)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative agency setting
