My client are an independent UK media agency at the forefront of strategic communications and digital campaigns. As the AV manager, you’ll work across diverse clients, blending creativity with data‑driven insight to deliver impactful, multi‑channel campaigns – all within a collaborative, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day‑to‑day management of AV accounts, including linear TV, broadcaster VOD, and Cinema campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships with media owners and identify opportunities to enhance campaigns.
  • Use AV planning tools and data insights to support media recommendations.
  • Collaborate with planning teams, clients, and partners to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
  • Create client media schedules, manage campaigns, and provide performance reporting.
  • Share AV updates across the wider team and support the development of junior colleagues.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an AV media role, ideally agency side.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; comfortable handling large datasets.
  • Enthusiastic, inquisitive, and client‑focused with interest in media and consumer behaviour.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
  • Innovative thinker with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
