On behalf of our client, a leading service provider known for delivering exceptional results, we are seeking a talented Management Accountant for a 12-month fixed-term contract. Key Responsibilities
- Preparing comprehensive management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
- Conducting variance analysis and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborating with various departments to provide actionable financial insights.
- Supporting the month-end and year-end financial close processes.
- Producing reports for senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Undertaking cost analysis to improve operational efficiencies.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Participating in process improvements and system optimisation projects.
Previous Experience
- Hold a recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or possess equivalent experience.
- Have proven experience in a management accounting role.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Are highly organised and capable of meeting multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Display a proactive, hands-on approach with a strong problem-solving mindset.
