Iconic Resourcing is partnering with the Scottish Event Campus (SEC) to expand their Project Delivery team. This newly created role will deliver a diverse portfolio of technology, digital, and construction-led projects. You will lead a small but capable team, bring structure and pace to high-value, cross-functional programmes, and act as the bridge between strategy and execution. This is a hands-on leadership role, in an agile, fast-moving environment, reporting to the Head of Projects. The role is based in Glasgow (onsite) and is full-time and permanent with a competitive salary and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent projects and programmes, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery aligned with strategic goals.
- Support Project Managers through effective management and tailored mentorship.
- Balance strategic oversight with hands-on involvement in planning, delivery, and reporting.
- Manage risks, interdependencies, and resource planning across a complex portfolio.
- Champion programme governance and drive continuous improvement across all workstreams.
- Engage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in programme or senior project delivery roles, ideally within large, multi-site or complex organisations.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing high performing teams.
- Experience delivering transformation across digital, infrastructure or built environment projects.
- Skilled at engaging stakeholders at all levels and bringing clarity to evolving programmes.
- Comfortable in agile, flexible environments and able to balance pace with governance.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
