As the business continues to grow, Advanta is investing in its HR capability and infrastructure. This new HR Manager role is a key appointment, providing day‑to‑day leadership of the HR function while helping to shape the Group’s long term people strategy across multiple regulated entities.

The Role

Reporting to the Group Head of Operations, you’ll take ownership of HR across the group, operating as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers. This is a hands on role with real breadth, combining employee relations, policy and compliance, people development, and change management within a regulated environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide high quality, pragmatic HR support to managers and employees across the business
  • Act as the first point of contact for complex people and employee relations matters
  • Lead on HR policy development, consistency, and compliance across regulated entities
  • Support acquisitions and integration activity, including TUPE processes and consultation
  • Coach, develop, and support the internal HR team
  • Partner with senior stakeholders on people risk, workforce planning, and organisational change
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and performance management processes
