You’ll support the Benefits Manager in designing, delivering and enhancing benefit programmes across multiple regions. It’s a role with plenty of ownership, project variety and stakeholder visibility.
What You’ll Bring
- Benefits Delivery: Support benefit projects from design through to implementation. Manage vendor relationships, broker interactions and renewal cycles.
- Employee Communications: Create engaging communications and run benefit roadshows to help employees understand and get the most from their options.
- Data & Insight: Track benefit trends, participate in market surveys and provide clear, data‑driven recommendations.
- Business Partnering: Build relationships across the organisation to ensure successful rollout of policies and act as a problem‑solver where issues arise.
