Are you a seasoned Learning & Development professional with a passion for driving employee growth and organisational success? If so, Iconic Resourcing have an exciting opportunity for an L&D Specialist to join our client on a fixed-term contract (12-18 months) to help shape the future of their workforce.
As the L&D Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing learning strategies that align with the company’s next phase of growth. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will support technical and developmental training, manage budgets, and ensure that our training efforts are effective and impactful., * Redesign and review performance review process for both staff and industrial employees.
