  • You’ll come from a hands-on industrial, manufacturing, engineering or operational environment and be comfortable operating within a complex, fast-moving business.
  • Proven experience operating as a Learning & Development Manager within a commercially driven organisation.
  • Resilient, credible and confident enough to challenge, influence and build trust across all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate effectively across both operational and leadership populations.
  • Public sector and heavily corporate environments are unlikely to align with the realities of this workforce.
