Our client is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide trusted HR advice and guidance across multiple office locations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on, advisory position and is ready to contribute to meaningful improvements in HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer expert advice on all matters across the employee lifecycle
  • Handle HR administration, including contracts, terms changes, and flexible working requests.
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyse trends, and report findings.
  • Support recruitment, from drafting job adverts to coordinating interviews.
  • Oversee the induction process for new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Provide monthly and ad-hoc reports on HR metrics like absence and turnover.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Solid background in HR, ideally with experience in professional services
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, with a proactive approach to multitasking and prioritisation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage across all levels.

Desirable:

  • CIPD qualification.
  • Payroll experience
