Glasgow | Hybrid Working | Full-Time (35 hours)We\’re supporting a Glasgow-based organisation through a period of change and are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join on an interim basis for 3–6 months, with potential to extend (though not guaranteed).
This is a hands-on role where you\’ll act as an extra pair of experienced hands, supporting the team by plugging gaps, managing day-to-day HR activity, and handling complex employee relations casework.
What you\’ll be doing
Managing complex ER cases from end to end
Supporting managers with HR advice and guidance
Handling transactional HR activity across the employee lifecycle
Supporting recruitment and onboarding activity
What we\’re looking for
Proven experience in a generalist HR role
Strong ER capability and confidence handling complex cases
Practical, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a changing environment
Experience within FMCG or manufacturing environments would be highly beneficial
Someone reliable who can hit the ground running
