Are you a hands-on HR professional with a strong background in employee relations and a passion for creating fair and effective workplaces? Iconic Resourcing are partnering with a leading manufacturing organisation to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner on a 4–5 month fixed-term contract to provide immediate support during a key period of organisational transition.

This short-term opportunity will play a critical role in supporting business leaders across operations and supply chain with a particular focus on complex ER cases, disciplinary and grievance procedures, and reviewing/updating internal HR policies. You’ll join a high-performing HR team within a fast-paced, unionised manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to line managers on a wide range of employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, and absence
  • \\n\\t

  • Lead or support the resolution of complex ER cases, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes
  • \\n\\t

  • Drive the review and implementation of HR policies and procedures, aligning with business needs and current legislation
  • \\n\\t

  • Support on short-term HR projects that contribute to ongoing operational effectiveness and compliance
  • \\n\\t

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to maintain a positive and inclusive working environment
  • \\n

About You:

  • Proven experience in an HR Generalist or Business Partner role with strong focus on employee relations
  • \\n\\t

  • Comfortable operating in a unionised and operational/manufacturing environment
  • \\n\\t

  • Available immediately or at short notice, and able to commit to a 4–5 month contract
  • \\n\\t

  • CIPD qualification, multi site or fast paced manufacturing environment experience is desirable
  • \\n
