HR Advisor – Fixed Term (6 Months)

Iconic Resourcing is working with a respected organisation to recruit an experienced HR Advisor for a six-month fixed-term contract.

This is a hands-on, operational role with a strong focus on employee relations and trade union engagement. You’ll be supporting managers across two key sites in the Central Belt, with hybrid working flexibility.
