About the Role:

We are partnering with a long-standing employer in Glasgow, offering a fantastic opportunity to join their HR team. The organisation provides exposure to a wide range of HR responsibilities and offers a dynamic and supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters, managing casework for disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Support managers in driving performance using key people metrics such as absence, recruitment, and timekeeping.
  • Advise on HR best practices, ensuring compliance with current employment law and company policies.
  • Collaborate with key departments to ensure coordinated people-related activities and processes.
  • Maintain accurate colleague records using HR systems and trackers, ensuring data is up-to-date.

Who You Are:

  • A HR professional with experience in employee relations, performance management, and HR systems.
  • Able to work closely with managers to provide HR support and drive positive outcomes.
  • Knowledgeable in employment law and HR best practices with the ability to apply this in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple HR tasks simultaneously.
