Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be working with a leading legal firm to appoint a Head of Facilities. This role will deliver a client-focused, cost-effective facilities management strategy and oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations.

Location: Edinburgh | Salary: Competitive salary plus benefits | Employment type: Full-time and Permanent

Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will ensure all sites operate efficiently, safely, and in line with legal and regulatory requirements. You will lead a team to provide an exceptional service environment for both clients and employees.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the facilities team across multiple sites
  • Oversee property, space, and office management
  • Manage contracts, budgets, and supplier relationships
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements
