Iconic are proud to partner with an organisation who are entering a critical phase of their transformation journey and are seeking an experienced Transformation Programme Director to lead a business‑critical programme with direct CEO and Board visibility. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a highly impactful system implementation, that sits at the heart of the organisation's future strategy.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will provide leadership across delivery, governance, business readiness and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with executive leadership, established technology teams and external partners to ensure the programme delivers meaningful and lasting outcomes. This role requires a leader who can bring clarity, pace and confidence to a complex programme environment, balancing strategic oversight with hands on execution when required.

We’re looking for a proven transformation leader with experience delivering large scale system implementation programmes in complex organisations. You will bring:

  • Experience delivering major technology implementations and organisational change projects.
  • A strong track record of leading company‑wide transformation programmes.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at Executive and Board level.
  • Strong leadership skills, coaching and mentoring a programme management team of c.10 experienced individuals.
  • Strong programme governance, risk management and delivery expertise.
  • Experience working with third party suppliers and delivery partners.
  • The confidence to challenge assumptions, make difficult decisions and maintain momentum.
