Iconic Resourcing are delighted to continue our partnership with Switch Digital as they expand their growing Glasgow team. Switch are a forward-thinking, Jersey-based digital agency known for their creativity, technical excellence, and collaborative culture. You will be working closely with the Head of Digital Marketing & Digital Marketing Executive. Now, with exciting new projects and continued growth, they are ready to welcome a talented and ambitious Digital Marketing Lead.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping digital strategy, delivering exceptional client outcomes, and helping grow Switch’s reputation in the UK market.
The Role:
- Lead the development and execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and strategic direction.
- Collaborate closely with Head of Digital Marketing and the wider team to deliver integrated digital solutions.
- Oversee campaign performance, reporting, optimisation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Support in mentoring and guiding junior members of the team.
- Contribute to the continued growth of the Glasgow function.
The ideal candidate profile:
- Strong experience in digital marketing across SEO, PPC, paid social, email, and content.
- Confident in client engagement, strategy development, and campaign management.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and communicate data.
- Experienced working within an agency environment (preferred).
- Team player with a proactive approach and passion for digital.
