We're working with a national law firm to add a Senior Associate to their existing personal injury team. This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded, market-leading practice that is second-to-none in defending Employers' Liability, Public Liability and other specialist casualty claims, acting for insurers, insureds and public sector bodies across the UK.

You’ll be part of the dedicated Glasgow-based insurance team, managing your own varied caseload consisting of EL, PL, disease and motor claims, and assisting on high value and complex cases. The team receives direct instructions from insurers, insureds and local authorities, offering high-quality, varied and technically engaging work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Running cases day-to-day, including liaising with clients, opponents, courts and witnesses
  • Undertaking liability investigations and progressing matters efficiently and commercially
  • Assisting Partners on complex matters, client development initiatives and training
  • Supporting and supervising junior fee earners

The firm are looking for an experienced personal injury solicitor from 5 years PQE, with strong knowledge of Court of Session and Sheriff Court procedures. Competitive salary, benefits package and strong long term progression opportunities available.
