The marketing function is poised for significant growth and evolution, particularly in digital and content areas.
They are seeking an ambitious and hands-on Marketing & Communications Advisor to join the Head Office team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the brand narrative of a well-established company with a commitment to making a tangible impact. Working directly with the Head of Marketing & Communications, you will be instrumental in delivering engaging content, managing social presence and contributing to strategic initiatives that drive the brand forward. This role offers excellent visibility with senior leadership and significant scope for professional development and ownership.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day communications across internal and external channels.
- Develop and execute engaging social media content and campaigns, primarily on platforms like LinkedIn, aligning with the company's traditional and respectful tone.
- Create and curate compelling written content for various platforms, including publications for shareholders, as well as internal and external newsletters and blogs.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance multimedia presence, developing and delivering short-form videos and other engaging visual content.
- Contribute to brand projects, ensuring all communications align with the company's evolving brand style.
- Support strategic long-term initiatives, public relations and shareholder communications.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a marketing or communications role.
- While not essential, a bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism or a related field is desirable.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail, grammar and formatting.
- Experience or a strong eagerness to develop skills in multimedia content creation.
- A "roll up your sleeves" attitude with a proactive and hands-on approach to work.
- High level of transparency, trustworthiness, and a strong work ethic.
