Iconic Resourcing are delighted to exclusively be partnering with a digitally focused organisation to support the growth of their in-house creative team. As part of this, they’re hiring an experienced Graphic Designer who brings an artistic and hands-on approach to deliver high-quality creative across brand, performance and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver visually consistent, high-quality design across digital and physical channels
- Produce creative assets for marketing, web, CRM, social, campaigns and print materials
- Maintain and apply brand guidelines across all outputs
- Use AI-enabled and modern design tools to support ideation, iteration and efficiency
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to interpret briefs and deliver effective creative
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising deadlines and quality
- Review and refine creative based on performance, feedback and evolving requirements
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience as a graphic designer, with exposure to fast-moving environments
- Evidence of strong visual judgement through a portfolio that shows consistency, adaptability and scale
- Hands-on experience working with industry-standard design tools
- Ability to create a mix of visual assets, including static graphics and short-form motion or video content
- Familiarity with using AI-assisted tools to support creative development and production
- A structured, self-sufficient working style with the ability to juggle multiple briefs
- Confidence working with feedback and collaborating across different teams
